Held at the Bahrain Institution of Banking and Finance (BIBF), the event featured a discussion panel with Mr. Abdulla Al-Kooheji, Director of Policy and Strategic Planning Directorate, on the “Aqari” Data Bank, real estate brokerage licenses, an overview of projects licensing, and the encouragement of foreign investment.
During the event, His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, CEO of RERA, praised the “Property Finder Connect” event and the “Property Finder” platform, which specializes in showcasing properties for sale and purchase. He emphasized that these platforms significantly contribute to enhancing transparency and facilitating access to real estate information for investors and those seeking real estate opportunities through modern digital tools.
